1. Terms of Sale

TerminalVST plugins are sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Upon completed payment you receive a download link and license key via email, delivered by Lemon Squeezy.

What you receive: A ZIP file containing the plugin installer and a personal license key.

License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on your own machines for music production purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the plugin files or license key.

Digital product: As this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins at the moment the download link is issued.

2. Refunds

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless delivery has already begun with your explicit consent. By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires at that point.

If you have not yet accessed your download, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting hello@terminalvst.com. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Liability

TerminalVST plugins are provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific DAWs, operating systems, or hardware configurations. TerminalVST is not liable for any data loss, system issues, or damages arising from the use of our software. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
